About me:
Hi, I'm Tanya, and welcome to my online platform! I have always had a deep appreciation for nature and a passion for movement. While pursuing my degree in Psychology, I discovered yoga, which quickly became a transformative part of my life.

Over the years, I dedicated myself to studying and practicing yoga, ultimately becoming a certified instructor. With over 4,000 hours of teaching experience and an ERYT500 certification, along with specialized training in prenatal, yin, restorative, and pranayama yoga, I am committed to sharing the profound benefits of this practice with others.

My teaching style blends Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga, emphasizing the intellectual connection between body and mind. I strive to create a welcoming atmosphere where each student feels valued and empowered to explore their unique journey.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my teaching has been witnessing transformations in my students. Each individual brings their own story to the mat—whether seeking relief from physical pain or exploring their potential. I remember a student who initially hesitated but eventually embraced her practice wholeheartedly, discovering strengths she never knew she had. Moments like these remind me of the true impact yoga can have: it empowers individuals to confront limitations and rediscover their inner strength.

In addition to teaching classes, I have led teacher training programs and organized workshops focused on meditation and pranayama. My passion extends to creating wellness retreats that combine yoga with enriching experiences like wine tastings and fruit picking on local farms. These retreats offer a unique blend of relaxation, movement, and connection to nature.

Since 2012, I have been teaching full-time and am known for my ability to foster a supportive community in my classes. My goal is to inspire students to find balance and peace in their lives while encouraging them to embrace their own journeys.

The pandemic brought changes that temporarily diverted me from my spiritual path. However, this time has reinforced my commitment to helping others find moments of peace amidst daily chaos. I believe that yoga and mindfulness practices are more important than ever, and I am dedicated to creating experiences that foster meaningful connections.
